17th Century Country House

17th Century Country House

This project involved creating bedroom furniture within room and attic space. Many of the rooms presented sloping and angled ceilings and very uneven floors for us to work around. The bed residing in the master bedroom required platform levels of over 4inches due to the age of house and unevenness of floors. This allowed the client to reclaim the books that had been propping the bed up!

The wardrobes were designed to match the original wooden panelling around the room, with internal drawers to give extra storage options and led lighting to illuminate the contents of the wardrobes. Touch to open doors give a clean finish with no protruding handles.
